Perform the normal filing process:
Select “File a Document” from the Quick Access banner.
Specify the relevant case number and click “Retrieve”.
Select “Filing a new document into this case”.

Fig 2. Review the list of parties involved in the case and ensure that the correct party is selected as the Filing Party. Select the party whose legal representation is to be changed as the Filing Party.
If the Filing Party selected is currently unrepresented or a Litigant In Person, edit the personal details of the selected Filing Party by clicking the hyperlink party name. Enter the party’s ID number to proceed to the details page. Click “Save” when you are done. Then, click “Start Application”.
If you would like to add a non-party to file the Notice, proceed to Figs 3a – 3b. If not, click “Start Application”.

Fig 4. Provide the name of the current lawyer and the law firm filing this Notice. This could be the current lawyer on record, or a new lawyer not on record (i.e. a new representative).
The names of the lawyer and law firm will be auto-populated based on the eLitigation login details, but you may edit it if necessary.
Fig 5. If the Filing Party is unrepresented or a Litigant In Person, the option “Yes” to the question “Is there a current lawyer on the case?” will be automatically disabled for selection. Provide the details offor the new representative of the Filing Party. Click on “Supporting Documents” and proceed to Fig 8.
Fig 6. If the Filing Party is currently represented, the option “No. A new lawyer is to be appointed.” to the question “Is there a current lawyer on the case?” will be automatically disabled for selection.
If the current lawyer filing this Notice is the current lawyer on record, the option “Replaced with a new lawyer” will be automatically disabled for selection. Select “Discharged”. Proceed to Fig 6b.
If the current lawyer filing this Notice is not the current lawyer on record (i.e. a new representative), indicate if the Filing Party is requesting for the current lawyer to be replaced with a new lawyer or discharged.
If “Replaced with a new lawyer” is selected, proceed to Fig 6a.
If “Discharged” is selected, proceed to Fig 6b.
Fig 6a. Provide the details of the new representative of the Filing Party. Click on “Supporting Documents” and proceed to Fig 8.
Fig 6b. Indicate the manner by which the current lawyer has obtained permission to be discharged.
If the current lawyer filing this Notice is the current lawyer on the case, select between the 2 options:
If the option “I have the order of Court granting the current lawyer to be discharged” is selected, state the date of the Court order. Proceed to Fig 7.
If the option “I have a letter of authorization from my client” is selected, proceed to Fig 7.
If the current lawyer filing this Notice is not the current lawyer on the case (i.e. a new representative), the option “I have a letter of authorization from my client” will be disabled. Select “I have the order of Court granting the current lawyer to be discharged.” State the date of the Court order and proceed to Fig 7.

If “Yes” is selected, click on “Supporting Documents” and proceed to Fig 8.
If “No. The party’s updated contact information is below” is selected, proceed to Fig 7a.

Fig 11. Click the “Confirm” button at the bottom of the eForm.
Fig 12. The row of the eForm will be updated with new buttons.
Click the “Finalise Document” button to start the signing process. The “Finalise Document” button will only be enabled after all eForms are confirmed and all documents to be uploaded in Step 2 have been uploaded.
Click on the “Next” button to proceed to Step 3: Admin Details.

Fig 14. In Step 4: Submission, review all information and documents before submission. Upon acceptance / approval by Court, the documents will be sent to your eLitigation inbox.
Fig 8. Upload the relevant supporting documents. If the option “I have a letter of authorization from my client” was selected earlier in Fig 6b, a line entry will appear for the document to be uploaded. Click “Choose File” to select the document. Then, click on the “Upload” icon (). If a document that you would like to upload is not listed, click on “Add Document” to manually add it.
Fig 9. Click the icon to view the eForm. The eForm will be generated based on the details provided in the Case Information section. If you would like to file other supporting documents to the case, click “Add Document”.
To change the information in the generated form, click “Previous” to return to the Case Information section and amend the information first. Then click the button in Step 2 to generate a new form with the updated details. Then click the “Confirm” button located at the bottom of the eForm.
