Perform the following actions:
Sign in to eLitigation and select “Legal Aid” in the side bar
Click “Create Grant of Aid” at the bottom of the page

Fig 1. Indicate if you are filing the certificate for an ongoing case in the FJR system.
If “Yes” is selected, proceed to Figs 1a – 1c.
If “No” is selected, proceed to Fig 2.
Fig 1a. Provide the Case Number of the ongoing case.
Fig 1b. You will be presented with a list of parties in the selected case. Select the party that will be granted legal aid, and click “Add Selected Party”.
Fig 1c. The party will be added to the list. You may click on the party’s name to review and modify their particulars, if necessary. Proceed to Fig 3.
Fig 2. By clicking either “Add Legally Aided Party” or a party’s name, you will be brought to a page to enter the party’s particulars. Enter the mandatory details, then click “Save Party Details” to save the details of the party.
Fig 3. Select the type of Legal Aid that will be granted to the party. Click “Next”.
If “Provisional Grant of Aid” is selected, you will be required to provide the expiration date of the Legal Aid.
(2) Forms
Fig 4. Click “[Compose]” to compose the Grant of Aid form.
Fig 5. Fill in the respective clause of the form to indicate the proceedings under the Grant. Click “Save” when you are done to save your changes to the form. On returning to the page shown in Fig 4, click “Next” to proceed to the submission of the application.
(3) Submission
Fig 6. In Step 3: Submission, review all information and documents before submission. Upon acceptance / approval by Court, the documents will be sent to your eLitigation inbox.
